Coffee shop fit-out on Martiros Saryan Street
A compact 28-seat coffee shop with a clear workflow, distinctive bar and warm Yerevan character.
Client brief
Transform the former shop into an intimate 28-seat coffee shop with a visible bar, display, preparation area, guest bathroom and laptop-friendly seating.
Starting condition
The ground-floor retail unit had an open sales floor, a small bathroom, inadequate electrical capacity and services unsuited to food and beverage use.
Solution
The bar is visible from the entrance and separates guest and work zones. Window seats, a communal table and compact tables support different visits, while exposed stone is balanced by terracotta and warm off-white surfaces.
