1. General provisions
The personal-data Controller is the website owner identified on the Contacts page. Processing is carried out under the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
This Policy covers website forms, callback requests, telephone, email, messaging services, in-person communication and automatically collected technical information. External websites follow their own policies.
2. Personal data
Depending on the enquiry, data may include name, telephone, email, contact preference, city, district or property address, property type, area and condition, requested work, timing, budget, message, photographs, plans and other voluntarily supplied material. Passport, banking, medical and other sensitive data should not be submitted through public forms.
3. Technical data
The website may automatically process IP address, time, viewed pages, referral source, device, browser, operating system, language, approximate location, session identifier, interactions, errors and cookies. This supports operation, security, diagnosis and improvement.
4. Purposes
Data may be used to handle enquiries, communicate and advise, estimate and arrange inspection, prepare an estimate or contract, deliver work, agree materials and changes, retain interaction history, handle claims and warranty, meet accounting duties, secure the website, prevent abuse, analyse the site and comply with law. Marketing requires separate consent.
5. Legal grounds
Grounds may include consent, responding to a request, taking steps toward and performing a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests subject to user rights, and website security. Without necessary contact data, the Controller may be unable to respond.
6. Processing and recipients
Only necessary data is processed. It may be collected, recorded, stored, corrected, used, disclosed to authorised recipients, anonymised, restricted, erased or destroyed.
Data is not sold. Necessary access may be given to staff and specialists, hosting and support providers, communication and storage services, accounting or legal advisers, contractors and suppliers, and public authorities where required by law.
7. Third-party services and international transfers
Analytics, maps, messaging, email, anti-spam and monitoring providers may independently receive technical data. Some may process data outside Armenia. Transfers are limited to what is necessary and are handled subject to applicable requirements.
8. Retention
Data is kept no longer than its purpose requires. A non-contract enquiry may be retained to answer, continue communication, protect legitimate interests and prevent unwanted repeat contact. Contract data may remain for contract, warranty, accounting, document and dispute periods, after which it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
9. Security
Reasonable safeguards may include access restrictions, passwords and permissions, secure connections, software updates, backups, error monitoring and form protection. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
10. User rights
Users may request information, access, correction, restriction or erasure, withdraw consent, object where provided by law and complain to a competent authority or court. Identity verification may be required to prevent disclosure to another person.
11. Withdrawal
A withdrawal request may be sent through the website contacts, identifying the details used and the requested action. Processing stops where no other lawful basis applies. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
12. Cookies and communications
Strictly necessary cookies support operation and security; non-essential cookies are used with consent where required. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute consent to marketing.
13. Children and third-party data
The website is not specifically directed to minors. A minor should provide data with a parent or legal representative. A user supplying another person’s data confirms lawful authority to do so.
14. Changes, related documents and contact
The Policy may be updated when the law, website, services or providers change. A new version applies when published unless it states otherwise.
The Website Terms, Personal Data Consent and Cookie Policy also apply. Requests about access, correction or erasure may be sent through the Contacts page.
