Consent
Acting freely and in their own interest, the user consents to the processing of personal data by the website owner identified on the Contacts page (the Controller), in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
1. Data covered
Depending on the enquiry, data may include name, telephone number, email, contact preference, property location and characteristics, requested work, timing, budget, message content, voluntarily supplied photographs and plans, and technical data such as IP address, device, browser, time, visited page and referral source.
2. Purposes
Data may be used to receive and answer an enquiry, provide a consultation, clarify property details, prepare a preliminary calculation, arrange an inspection, prepare a proposal, estimate or contract, retain correspondence, secure the website, prevent spam and comply with law. Marketing requires separate consent.
3. Processing operations
The Controller may collect, record, organise, retain, correct, use, retrieve, disclose to authorised recipients where necessary, anonymise, restrict, erase and destroy data, with or without automated tools.
4. Sources
Data may be received through website forms, telephone, email, messaging services, in-person communication and automatically during website use where required for operation and security.
5. Recipients and international transfers
The Controller does not sell personal data. Necessary data may be shared with staff and specialists, hosting and technical-support providers, communication and storage services, contractors involved in estimating or delivering work, and public authorities where required by law.
Some providers may process data outside Armenia. Any such transfer is limited to what is necessary and handled subject to applicable requirements.
6. Retention
Data is processed until its purpose is met. An enquiry that does not lead to a contract is retained only for an objectively necessary period. Contract data may be retained during the contract and for statutory document, accounting, warranty and dispute periods. Data may be erased after withdrawal where no other lawful basis applies.
7. User rights
The user may request information and access, correction, restriction or erasure, withdraw consent and challenge processing under Armenian law. Identity verification may be requested to prevent disclosure to another person.
8. Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn through the website contact details by identifying the contact information used and clearly requesting that processing cease or data be erased. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing or retention required by contract or law.
9. User confirmation
By actively selecting the required checkbox and submitting a form, the user confirms that the data is voluntary and accurate, that they may provide the submitted material, and that the Controller may reply through the stated channel. A user submitting another person’s data confirms lawful authority to do so.
10. Related documents
This Consent operates with the Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use. Questions may be sent through the Contacts page.
