Apartment renovation in Yerevan
A comprehensive upgrade of the apartment, its substrates and building services.
We carry out major renovations that may include selective strip-out, replacement of electrical and plumbing systems, substrate preparation and final finishes. Before pricing the work, we inspect the apartment and distinguish what must be renewed from what can safely remain.
A major renovation does not automatically mean removing everything. The correct scope depends on the existing condition, the future layout and the agreed standard of finish.

After the survey, we agree only the work the property actually needs and record it in the estimate.
