Major apartment renovation in Arabkir
A complete upgrade of an existing apartment, including new services, level substrates and a compact home office.
Client brief
Renew the building services and interior without radical replanning, create a comfortable home for a couple and add a workspace within a controlled budget.
Starting condition
The early-2000s finishes were worn, walls and floors were uneven, wiring was undersized and sections of the water system showed corrosion and earlier leaks.
Solution
The main walls were retained, the kitchen-living opening widened and a daylight-friendly glass partition used for the study. The new consumer unit separates kitchen, air conditioning, boiler, laundry and living circuits.

Result
