3. Services and contract
A website description is not an exhaustive scope for a particular order. The actual scope is established after discussion, inspection, measurement and approval of the brief.
The signed contract and its schedules determine the work, responsibilities, price, programme, payment, liability and warranty. If website content differs from the contract, the contract prevails.
4. Prices and preliminary estimates
Published prices and calculations are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. Rates may exclude materials, delivery, waste removal, furniture, appliances, design work, approvals and additional work.
The final price follows inspection, measurements, an agreed brief and a detailed estimate. Hidden defects and changes are explained and approved separately before related work proceeds.

Website timeframes are indicative. The programme depends on the property, condition, complexity, scope, design readiness, supplies, approval speed and additional circumstances. Final dates are recorded in the contract and programme.

Photographs, visualisations, drawings and project descriptions demonstrate an approach or possible solution. Images may be colour-corrected, cropped or resized; a visualisation may differ from the completed result.
Project locations may be stated approximately to protect privacy. Guides do not replace a site survey, engineering calculation, design documentation or specialist advice.
