Cosmetic apartment renovation on Sayat-Nova Avenue
A focused refresh that retained the original parquet while improving durability, lighting and rental readiness.
Client brief
Refresh the apartment for long-term rental without full demolition, retain the timber parquet and improve the durability and practicality of the interior.
Starting condition
The layout and services remained usable, but walls had local cracks, the parquet finish was worn, the kitchen looked dated and lighting was insufficient.
Solution
We repaired only affected areas, restored the parquet instead of replacing it and concentrated new electrical points and lighting where they added everyday value.
