Turnkey renovation of a compact apartment at Bedeck Davtashen
A durable, easy-to-maintain new-build apartment prepared for long-term rental.
Client brief
Prepare the apartment for long-term rental with a bright, neutral and robust interior whose individual elements can be maintained or replaced easily.
Starting condition
The new apartment had no final finishes. It required surface preparation, electrical and plumbing distribution, bathroom works and complete decoration.
Solution
We avoided fragile decorative features, used a linear kitchen layout, added full-height entrance storage and specified standard replaceable lighting and hardware. A window-side worktop and ceiling-height wardrobe make better use of the bedroom.
