This guide is practical information, not legal advice. Final documents for a project in Armenia should be checked against the parties, technical model and applicable Armenian law.
Parties and property
Check the legal or personal details of the parties, authority to sign, property identification and contact channels. Do not rely on a brand name alone where formal details are required.
Scope and documents
Attach or reference the detailed estimate, drawings, specifications and schedule. Define which version prevails if documents conflict and how approvals are recorded.
Price and payment
State whether prices cover labour or materials, the advance payment, stage amounts, acceptance conditions, payment methods and final settlement. Avoid undefined “other costs”.
Changes
Define who may request a change, how its price and timeline effect are presented and what counts as approval. Additional work should not rely only on a later verbal recollection.
Acceptance and warranty
Describe stage checks, correction of comments, final handover, warranty term, covered work, exclusions and reporting procedure. Include responsibility for delay according to the agreed legal model.
